Shadow friend.
Sweet kisses stir my body,
As if it weren’t a dream,
And we teem with affection-
You in my arms.
No fear just…
flow with
whatever the scenario may be.
I stare into your eyes-
That disappear with the sun.
Not knowing your
face, makes the next day… difficult.
I want to dream again,
but you won’t be there.
So I stare
and dream of dreams.
